HYUNDAI ELANTRA AND RAM 1500 GIVEAWAY PRIZE: GPO and Cars Plus Guam will award winners by random drawing with one (1) 2013 Hyundai Elantra on 08/25/2012, and one (1) 2013 Ram 1500 on 10/27/2012. Vehicle registration fees, insurance, and any federal and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
HOW TO ENTER: Present your GPO store sales receipts totaling $50 or more dated 06/01/2012 thru 10/27/2012 at the Information Booth in the Guam Premier Outlets (GPO). They will verify your receipts, stamp it, and give you an official entry form. Simply fill out all of the information and drop the form in the official drawing barrel for a chance to win. Each time you turn in receipts worth $50 or more, you will receive one entry form. (Example: If you have store receipts from our stores worth $100, you will receive 2 entry forms. We will work with increments of $50.) Value or receipts cannot be split.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: Entry forms will be available beginning Friday, 6/01/2012. The cut off date and time to get an entry form will be 2:00pm, 08/25/2012 for the August Prize Giveaway and 2:00 pm 10/27/2012 for the October Prize Giveaway. All entry forms must be dropped in the drawing barrel by 2:00 pm, 08/25/2012 for the August Prize Giveaway, and 2:00pm, 10/25/2012 for the October Prize giveaway. No Exceptions. Any entries received after 2:00pm on 08/25/2012 will be entered into the October Prize Giveaway.
DRAWING DATES: The random drawing will be held at GPO on 08/25/2012 for the 2013 Hyundai Elantra at the Food Court Theater Plaza. The 2013 Ram 1500, Paradise Fitness Prize package, IT&E Smart phones and United Tickets will be given away on 10/27/2012. Must be present to win. No proxy allowed. Facebook gas prizes will be awarded weekly until 10/27/2012.
ELIGIBILITY: The promotion is open to residents of Guam, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at time of entry. Employees and managers of GPO, GPO Stores, Restaurants, its advertising agencies, and their immediate family and household members, shall be ineligible to participate in the Promotion and shall be ineligible for any prize covered herein. (Immediate family shall be defined as spouse and children. All others including mother, father, siblings, and in-laws living under the same roof as the GPO store employees and managers, and its advertising agencies shall be deemed ineligible.)
IT&E SMART PHONES: Two (2) IT&E HTC Incredible 2 Android smart phones with 6 months unlimited voice and data contract (does not apply to long distance and roaming): Create a video celebrating GPO’s 15th anniversary. Videos must not exceed Five (5) minutes. No unauthorized usage of copy written material is allowed. Upload your video to youtube.com, with “GPO 15th anniversary” in the Title. Submit entries and review additional Video Contest Rules here. One (1) Winner will be chosen by a panel of judges selected by GPO. Winner will be awarded at the Prize Giveaway on 10/27/2012.
PARADISE FITNESS PRIZE PACKAGE: Follow GPO Guam on Twitter, play our announced weekly hashtag games for a chance to win. Each week one semi-finalist will be chosen and contacted to redeem an entry form at the GPO information booth. One winner will be chosen to win Two (2), One (1) year memberships to Paradise Fitness during the Grand Prize Giveaway on 10/27/2012.
TWO (2) TICKETS FOR UNITED AIRLINES: Become the Mayor of GPO Guam Foursquare and get an entry form at the Information Booth. One entry per person per day. Bring in your smart phone showing you are the Mayor and redeem for an entry form or verify with the information booth attendant via their online access. Prize will be awarded on 10/27/2012. Must be present to win. Participants will be required to have a U.S. Passport. The passport must not be expiring within six months of the giveaway date. Travel prizes are not redeemable for cash. Participants must also meet requirements by the airlines upon prize receipt.
GAS GIVEAWAY PRIZE: $40 in gas will be rewarded to GPO Guam’s Facebook followers via participation in our weekly Facebook games. Prize will be rewarded on the following Monday of each week throughout the full Promotional Period.
No purchase necessary. For an entry form, write your complete name, mailing address and date of birth on a 3”x5” paper and send a self-addressed stamped envelope postmarked by 08/25/2012 for the August Prize Giveaway and 10/27/2012 for the October Prize Giveaway to “Guam Premier Outlets 15th Year Anniversary Car Giveaway”, 199 Chalan San Antonio, Suite 200, Tamuning, Guam 96913 or pick up an entry form at the Information Booth by 08/25/2012 for the August Prize Giveaway and 10/27/2012 for the October Prize Giveaway at 1:30PM at the latest. LIMIT ONE FREE ENTRY FORM PER PERSON. GPO is not responsible for lost, late, ineligible, incomplete, damaged, torn, postage due or misdirected mail. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery.
OTHER CONDITIONS. All federal and local laws and regulations apply. Prizes are non-transferable. Names and likenesses of Promotion winner(s) may be used by Sponsor and Sponsor’s designee(s) for promotional purposes without further compensation to the Promotion winner(s).
