** Guam Apprentice Challenge Rules & Regulations **

You must be at least 18 years of age or older to participate.
Open to Guam residents only - must have resided in Guam for at least 3 months and must commit to the 12-week program.
Employees of participating sponsor companies are ineligible to participate.
A recent photo as well as a valid photo ID must be included with the application.
Should applicants be selected as a finalist, they must participate in an interview/screen test with show coordinators and producers.
Applications must be submitted to the GPO Information Booth, KUAM Office, or the Guam PDN no later than Monday, May 15th by 5:00 p.m.

HOW TO ENTER:
Present your GPO store sales receipt* worth $50 or more dated March 15th - October 25, 2008 at the Information Booth in the Guam Premier Outlets (GPO). They will verify your receipt, stamp it, and give you an official entry form. (You may also pick up an entry form in GPO stores at point of sale.) Simply fill out all of the information and drop the form in the official drawing barrel for a chance to win either a 2009 Toyota Camry or a 2009 Scion XD. Each time you turn in a receipt worth $50 or more, you will receive one entry form. (Example: If you have a store receipt from one store worth $100, you may receive 2 entry forms. We will work with increments of $50 per receipt.)
*Only the following receipts can be combined: Food court, Cold Stone Creamery, Island Munchies, Hollywood Theaters, Sol Juice, Y'Sagan Sundries, and Wendy's.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Entry forms will be available beginning Saturday, 3/29/08. The cut off date and time to get an entry form will be 10/25/08 at 1:30 p.m. All entry forms must be dropped in the drawing barrel by 2:00 p.m. on 10/25/08. NO EXCEPTIONS!

DRAWING DATE:
The random drawing will be held at GPO on Saturday, October 25, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. in the Food Court Theater Plaza. MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN. NO PROXY ALLOWED.

ELIGIBILITY:
The promotion is open to residents of Guam, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at time of entry. Employees, managers, and owners of GPO and Guam Shopping Center Stores, Continental and Atkins Kroll Company, its advertising agencies, and their immediate family and/or household members, shall be ineligible to participate in the Promotion and shall be ineligible for any prize covered herein.

CAR GIVE-A-WAY PRIZE:
GPO and AK Toyota will award two lucky winners by random drawing with either a 2009 Toyota Camry or a 2009 Redesigned Scion XD. Vehicle registration fees, insurance, and any federal and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

CONTINENTAL TRAVEL AND HILTON HOTEL ACCOMMODATION DATES:
Participants will be required to have a U.S. Passport. The passport must not be expiring within six months of the giveaway date. Travel prizes are not redeemable for cash.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY:
For an entry form, write your complete name, mailing address and date of birth on a 3”x5” paper and send a self-addressed stamped envelope postmarked by October 18, 2008 to “Guam Premier Outlets 11th Year Anniversary Car Giveaway”, 199 Chalan San Antonio, Suite 200, Tamuning, Guam 96913 or pick up an entry form at the Information Booth by October 25th at 1:30PM at the latest. LIMIT ONE FREE ENTRY FORM PER PERSON. GPO is not responsible for lost, late, ineligible, incomplete, damaged, torn, postage due or misdirected mail. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery.

OTHER CONDITIONS:
All federal and local laws and regulations apply. Prizes are non-transferable. Names and likenesses of Promotion winner(s) may be used by Sponsor and Sponsor's designee(s) for promotional purposes without further compensation to the Promotion winner(s).
