The Council on the Arts & Humanities Agency (CAHA) held their annual arts & crafts fair at Guam Premier Outlets on October 5^th and 19^th to celebrate National Arts and Humanities Month. Local artists and vendors showcased their work and products inspired by Chamorro cultural heritage. From Guam-inspired jewelry to home-made dinanche, there was a unique souvenir for everyone to enjoy.

Every year, GPO is proud to host the Feathers ‘N Fins Howl-loween Pet Costume Contest. Thirty-five contestants put on a creepy crawly show at GPO on Saturday, Oct. 26^th, competing in four categories including: cutest, scariest, most original and grand monster. Congratulations to all the furry winners and special thanks to Tommy Hilfiger for providing pet treats.

Along with GPO’s annual trick-or-treat event, the Halloween Costume Contest was full of creativity and talent thanks to all our participants!
